General Info

The Days of 76 Arena at 15 76th Drive will serve as trike, trailer & vehicle parking. Only trikes and Days of 76 Museum guests will be allowed to park on the paved roads of the event complex. Please let the volunteers at the gate know you want to park your trailer and they will assist. An information form and waiver must be signed before parking. There is no charge to park. The Deadwood Event Complex will be locked at night and paid security will be on duty.

RESTROOM LOCATIONS

While at Deadwood Event Complex, indoor restroom facilities can be found under the rodeo grandstands and under the football stadium near registration If you are downtown Deadwood, public restrooms can be found at the History & Information Center at 3 Siever Street.

TROLLEY SCHEDULE

Special events like the Deadwood Three Wheeler Rally can make parking in Deadwood difficult. Whenever possible, jump on the Deadood Trolley and ride to your or near your destination. The fee for the trolley is only $2 per person or one Trolley Token per person.

Sunday – Thursday: 1st Trolley 10 AM to 10 PM

Friday: 1st Trolley: 8 AM to 2 AM

Friday: 2nd Trolley: 1:30 PM to 12:30 AM

Saturday: 1st Trolley: 8 AM to 2 AM

Saturday: 2nd Trolley: 9:30 AM to 12:30 AM

VENDORS/VENDING TIMES

Rally vendors are located throughout the Deadwood Event Center. Local vendor times may vary.

TRIKE WASH STATION

If you want to wash your trike, a wash station is available near the softball fields. Water buckets, wash products and towels will be provided for you to use. If you use the trike wash station, please put the products back on the table and keep the are clean and organized for others. If you want to wipe down your trike at First Gold Hotel or Travelodge, ask the front desk personnel for clean rags and refrain from using hotel towels.

CUSTER STATE PARK PASS

Custer State Park, comprised of 71,000 acres is famous for its bison herds, other wildlife, scenic drives, historic sites, visitor centers, fishing lakes, resorts, campgrounds and interpretive programs. Bison are the park’s biggest attraction, but remember – these animals are dangerous. GIVE THEM PLENTY OF SPACE! While photographing wildlife and scenery, please pull of the roadways and be aware of what’s going on around you at all times.

All natural and cultural resources are protected. Picking up antlers, rocks or artifacts, collecting plants, feeding or disturbing wildlife is expressly prohibited. The maximum speed through the park is 35 mph. Conservation officers and park rangers enforce the park’s laws and regulations.

A temporary (1-7 days) license is $20 per vehicle and is required of all park visitors. Only people traveling non-stop on Us Highway 16A are exempt. Park licenses can be purchased at any of the five entrance stations.
